Remote monitoring is a proprietry Star Techs solution that allows your PC to send a helath check and status to our servers, no other information is included.

This allows both US and YOU to view the current health of your PC's.  The benifit is that there is a real time (updates every 15 minutes) monitor on your PC that lets you know the state of key information such as is your AV up to date, the date of your last backups, software installed and performance of your Harddrive, memory and other vital information.
