However the industry was never set up to deal with home users.

- High street vendor, unplug your PC, carry it to the shop, pay through the nose for support and the ‘fix’ is to totally wipe the data and reinstall from scratch, losing all your music, pictures etc.
Star Techs was set up to breach this gap.
