Our engineers work from 9am to 9pm 7 days a week.
This means that if you want one of our engineers to visit you after work, not a problem!

Our ethics at Star Techs are simple, we work for you, around you and at the times that suit you best.
Our support is by the hour for the first hour, and then by 15 minute increments.
As an organisation we are unique in this!
You only pay for the actual time that you use.
Our engineers are ‘programmed’ to use common sense, if we are at your house for a few minutes past the hour, you pay for the hour. We are sure that you would have made them a cuppa or two, and we know how much tea our guys can drink!
