Our remote service is a membership based system to cover the costs of the software and licences, the yearly membership is only £10.

Once you have joined us, one of our engineers will direct you through to a secure download area. From here you will be guided through the very quick and very simple steps to allow us to connect to your PC.

We do not charge by the hour for phone support or indeed even by incident as this often leads to very large bills that are easily avoidable. 
We charge by 15 minute blocks, and at only £1 per minute that is, as we are sure you will agree great value!  If your issue is very complex or looks like taking more than 30 minutes to resolve you will still of course have the option of requesting a home visit.  

We work from 9am to 9pm 7 days a week so you are sure to find a time that suits you. 

Same day appointments are also available upon request and until March 31st 2008 at no extra charge!
