Remote monitoring is a proprietry Star Techs solution that allows your PC to send a helath check and status to our servers, no other information is included. This allows both US and YOU to view the current health of your PC's. The benifit is that there is a real time (updates every 15 minutes) monitor on your PC that lets you know the state of key information such as is your AV up to date, the date of your last backups, software installed and performance of your Harddrive, memory and other vital information. |

As the name implies the Home visit is exactly that. The difference from other support companies is that we offer a 7 day week, 9am to 9pm service. This means that you can have one of our engineers come to your home at a time to suit you, no more 1/2 day holidays wasted waiting for the door bell to ring! |
